    It’s something I don’t talk about often, but I used to live with crippling anxiety. I experienced tough emotional times after the death of my best friend when I was 11, and then I was bullied in highschool. Three years in, age 14, I left school, left home, moved away, and completed my highschool education by distance learning. It was a lonely and challenging three years, and I developed what they termed anxiety disorder.
